Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosova
Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosova with residence in Prishtina has the authority to act next to the Basic Courts regarding criminal offenses that are stipulated by Law No.03/L-052, namely Law on Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosova, and it has jurisdiction over the entire territory of the Republic of Kosova.
In the respective Prosecution work EULEX Prosecutors. The named Prosecution is led by a local Prosecutor; it has eight (8) Prosecutors and 30 employees of the supporting staff.

SPRK has filed indictment against A.B., O.B. and S.B., charged for Organized Crime and Compelling
Prishtina, 10th of August 2016 –Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosova has filed indictment against defendants A.B., O.B. and S.B., since they have committed criminal offense Organized Crime together with compelling.

Prizren, 9th of August 2016 – Basic Prosecution in Prizren has filed indictment against SH.B, Officer in the Municipality of Suhareka. As per the indictment, SH.B. in the time period 2014-2015 and 2015-2016, in Suhareka, in the capacity of the official person by abusing official position or authority, has exceeded his competencies for the purposes of enabling benefits to other persons, namely by employing some persons without respecting legal criteria. Actions of SH.B., as per the indictment present elements of the criminal offense ‘Abusing Official Position or Authority’, as stipulated by Article 422, paragraph 1 in conjunction with paragraph 2, sub-paragraph 2.1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosova and, criminal offense ‘Violating Rights of Employment and Unemployment’, as stipulated by Article 222, paragraph 1 in conjunction with paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosova
